Positive: I love this adorable little home. Perfect for two . The front porch is inviting and as soon as you walk in the beautiful and simple decor blows your mind . They thought of everything and it doesn't feel tiny at all. We love the Keurig 😁 and coffee on the little cozy porch watching the river was relaxing and needed. The animals are surprisingly quiet and totally adorable 🥰 it's seriously the best stay we have had much better than a hotel especially during a Tennessee Vols game. We had peace and quiet and it was lovely. Not far from Knoxville so it worked out great for us and the price was better. You don't want to skip this . Negative: At first the train was a little annoying but I don't hear it inside at night especially with the air on and fans 😉

Our weekend getaway Positive: Views of the river were nice! Tiny home is well decorated like a magazine.

Excellent little place, close to Knoxville. Positive: Good location, nice house, little added touches like firepit prepared. Host replies fast to fix a WiFi isssue. Negative: A few non-functioning things, some maintenance required but really nothing that matters. Almost instant oddly phrased replies parroting back what I said on the chat suggests they use an AI chatbot which felt very impersonal to me, not a fan. I'd rather wait for a human reply.

Hope I get to come back Positive: Location was beautiful, quiet, safe, but still minutes from Knoxville
